We give you access all day Friday and Saturday. That means plenty of time to set up, rehearse, decorate, get ready, and enjoy your big day without rushing. No early-morning drop-offs or late-night teardowns in a hurry.


2. Can we bring our own vendors (food, alcohol, planner, etc.)?

Our Answer:
Yes! We don’t require you to use specific vendors. You have the freedom to bring in your favorite caterer, bartender, florist, or planner—whatever fits your style and budget best.


3. What’s included with the venue rental?

Our Answer:
We provide exclusive access to:

  • Our beautifully restored 1800s barn
  • A charming farmhouse for getting ready
  • A peaceful lakefront for photos or a ceremony backdrop
  • Spacious indoor and outdoor areas for your ceremony, reception, or both
  • On-site parking and nearby access to I-255 for convenience

Our Answer:
Our barn offers a cozy, rustic indoor option with ample space to host both your ceremony and reception. We’ll work with you to create a backup plan that feels just as magical as your original vision.


5. Can we have both the ceremony and reception at the venue?

Our Answer:
Absolutely. Many couples choose to have both events here. With multiple setup options—indoor, outdoor, lakeside, or barn—you can create a seamless experience for your guests and avoid extra travel time.


6. Is there somewhere private to get ready?

Our Answer:
Yes! Our farmhouse is a guest favorite. It’s the perfect place to relax, sip mimosas, and prepare with your bridal party or loved ones. It’s included with your rental.


7. Are there any hidden fees?

Our Answer:
No surprises here. We pride ourselves on being transparent. What you see in your contract is what you’ll pay—no add-ons for using your own vendors or celebrating a little longer.


8. How many guests can we invite?

Our Answer:
Our barn and surrounding grounds comfortably accommodate a variety of guest counts—from intimate weddings to larger gatherings. The maximum capacity for inside the barn seating is 200. Let us know your estimate, and we’ll help you design a layout that works best.


9. Is the venue easy to find for guests traveling in?

Our Answer:
Yes! We’re located just minutes from I-255, making us super accessible for out-of-town guests. We are located just 40 minutes east of St. Louis, MO, just between Godfrey, Illinois and Jerseyville, Illinois. We’re happy to help with recommendations for nearby accommodations as well.
