Private Events at Tall Oaks Barn

Tall Oaks Barn is a thoughtful setting for private events, celebrations, and corporate gatherings. We offer a large venue with intentional spaces for celebrating life’s special moments or spending time with family, friends, or coworkers.

Our space works well for birthday parties, bridal and baby showers, anniversary celebrations for large families, and corporate meetings or multi-day events. We provide the practical essentials needed for private events, including ample parking, indoor restrooms, tables and chairs, internet access, and a large open layout.

We also offer our in-house bar service for those who would like to include anything from bridal shower mimosas to a client appreciation cocktail hour or an open bar for a 40th birthday celebration. Our historic barn and peaceful countryside provide space to gather, connect, and enjoy time together—without the rush.

When we host private events:

  • Sunday Afternoons: We offer hourly rentals on Sunday afternoons, making it easy to plan a smaller celebration without committing to a full weekend.
  • Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday: Weekday or evenings are available on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday for corporate meetings, workshops and other private events.
  • Fridays & Saturdays (When Available): You can reserve a private event for Friday or Saturday within 3 months of the event date. We offere full-day rental (10a-10p) or 4-hour time slots. Availability varies, so we recommend reaching out to learn more!

We are available for phone calls 9am-7pm and emails anytime. We typically book tours on Saturday mornings but can work with your schedule if that’s not an option!
