[ GENERAL INFORMATION ]
- Red bank-style barn built in the late 1800s with gorgeous rustic and original wooden beams and exposed rafters. A stamped wooden plank concrete patio surrounds two sides of the barn and lies adjacent to the oil & chip parking lot. The barn offers many windows that can be opened for a summer breeze or remain closed while still providing beautiful views of the surrounding property. One end of the barn overlooks an attractive lake with 2 fountains.

- Our charming farmhouse is included on Saturday before the ceremony, starting at 10am.
- Multiple ceremony location options available including lakeside, in front of the barn, and inside the barn.
- You will have a Wedding Coordinator on your wedding day to ensure everything runs perfectly
- Capacity: Our venue can seat up to 200 guests under-roof. There is space on the property to rent a tent and have more guests.
- We do not have a catering kitchen. We do have a refrigerator/freezer and deep freezer for you to use.

- Wooden head table and chairs that seat 12 on one side, including bride and groom. A barrel table can be added to the center for an additional 2.

- Large, custom-built rustic bar on wheels
- 2 wooden arbors, one option for the indoor barn ceremony location and one for our lakeside ceremony location
- Outdoor games
- There are two indoor restrooms
- String lights throughout the venue
- Covered pavilion and stamped concrete patio for cocktail hour or dancing
- Four extra large commercial ceiling fans in the reception space to ensure good airflow
- Propane patio heaters to use outside in colder weather
